At Onyxgap, we aim to keep your shopping experience simple and worry-free—from the moment you place an order to the day your apparel or accessories arrive. Because each piece is part of a curated collection, every parcel is prepared with care. Packing and dispatch are handled with attention to protection, presentation, and timing.

Shipping Area

Onyxgap currently ships clothing and fashion accessories to select international destinations, including the United States, United Kingdom, France, Germany, Australia, Spain, Canada, Italy, Belgium, and Portugal.

At this time, we’re unable to deliver to P.O. Boxes, military addresses (APO/FPO/DPO), or remote territories such as Puerto Rico, Guam, the U.S. Virgin Islands, and certain outlying island regions within Europe and Australia. Deliveries are made to residential or business street addresses to help ensure secure handling.

To keep shipping simple and transparent, Onyxgap applies flat-rate shipping fees by region. Free shipping is available when your order total exceeds the thresholds listed below.

All shipping costs are displayed transparently at checkout before you complete your purchase. The amount you see is final, with no hidden charges or extra delivery fees added later.

Taxes and Customs Duties

We value straightforward pricing. You won’t be charged additional customs duties upon delivery. The amount at checkout—product price plus any shipping fee—is the total you pay. Onyxgap covers import duties, VAT, and customs clearance fees so your order arrives without unexpected charges.

Processing and Delivery Times

Processing Time: After your order is placed, Onyxgap needs 1–2 business days (Mon–Fri, excluding public holidays) to prepare items for shipment. Each product receives a final quality check before secure packing.

United States: 5–6 business days
Europe & United Kingdom (France, Germany, Spain, Italy, Belgium, Portugal): 6–8 business days
Canada & Australia: 7–10 business days

Orders submitted before 2:00 PM (PST) are processed the same business day. Orders placed after 2:00 PM (PST) begin processing the next business day.

Fashion Shipping & Packaging

As apparel is light and ready to wear, Onyxgap ships all items fully prepared for immediate use. Garments are folded, placed in protective polybags or tissue, and then packed in branded boxes or mailers to keep them clean and safe in transit.

Each order includes care instructions for washing and garment maintenance. Accessories—such as caps, tote bags, and socks—are individually wrapped to prevent scuffs or contamination during delivery.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order departs our facility at 8013 Ramsgate Ave, Los Angeles, CA 90045, Onyxgap will send a shipping confirmation email. It includes your tracking number and a direct link to the carrier’s site. Tracking activity may take 24–48 hours to appear, especially for international routes that require customs processing.

Damaged or Lost Goods

If your order arrives damaged, please contact Onyxgap within 72 hours of delivery. Provide your order number and clear photos or a short video of both the item and the packaging. Based on the evidence, we’ll send a replacement or issue a refund.

If a package appears lost in transit, contact us if delivery hasn’t occurred within 10 business days (domestic) or 14 business days (international), particularly if tracking shows no updates for more than a week. If the shipment is confirmed lost, we’ll ship a replacement at no extra cost or provide a full refund.

Canceling an Order
Orders can be canceled if they haven’t been processed or shipped. Please notify Onyxgap as soon as possible, preferably within 24 hours of placing the order.

Once an order is processed and handed to the carrier, cancellation isn’t possible. At that point, you may use Onyxgap’s Return & Refund Policy after receiving your items.
